Description & Price Of Goods

Every effort is made to ensure that the descriptions of the products within our website are accurate. Due to the variability of our products, we make no guarantee as to the accuracy of size, colour, materials or colour durability of our products. Delivered weights may vary but will at least exceed the weight specified. In particular, we make no guarantee that the colour or appearance of products, as seen on any computer screen, is an exact replication of the colour or appearance of any product you may receive from us.

While many products have been sold to us in good faith as having gemmological qualities, we have not carried out any gemmological tests on our products and make no guarantee as to the gemmological quality, accuracy or resale value of our products. Additionally, reference to precious or semi-precious stones is for qualitative appearance and colour comparison only.

All sizes are quoted in millimetres or metres. All weights are quoted in grams or kilograms. All prices as quoted in GB Pounds and do not attract UK VAT.

Payment

Delivery

While we endeavour to dispatch your goods within one working day from receipt of payment and arrange for them to be delivered to you within one to two working days from dispatch, we cannot guarantee the timescale of any dispatch or delivery of orders. In particular, we accept no responsibility for any actual losses or consequential losses, financial or otherwise, arising from the arrival of goods beyond our advertised delivery estimates.

Where goods cannot be successfully delivered by our delivery agents and are returned to us we shall refund your order minus the cost of postage.

Where goods have failed to arrive or have arrived in damaged or incomplete state, we shall refund your order including the cost of postage, subject to your returning any received goods to us and your full cooperation with any investigations carried out by our delivery agents.

Your Right Of Cancellation

We reserve the right to deduct packaging costs from refunded orders where they have been packed but not dispatched and the packaging cannot be reused.

Refunds & Replacements

We shall refund goods for any reason for up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Following this period, we shall offer a replacement for goods which are faulty or damaged or a refund where stock is unavailable. We reserve the right to offer a refund for goods on a discretionary basis.

To obtain a refund for your order, you must complete the slip attached to the invoice accompanying your delivery and return it to us with the goods for which you are claiming a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you arrange for adequate insurance and/or obtain a proof of postage for your returned package.

We shall only refund the portion of your order relating to cost of postage where goods have been lost, are damaged or are faulty and we cannot offer a replacement. We reserve the right to only refund delivery costs in proportion to the cost of items refunded, as a percentage of the total cost of the order.

We shall only refund the cost of items successfully returned to us.

Where we have declined to accept an order a full refund will be made.

Where payments have been made electronically via our payment processor, refunds shall be made via the same payment processor to the originating account, according to their policies. Where payments have been made by cheque, refunds shall be made in the form of a cheque by post.
